Our History TQN was the name of the semi-broken boat Mohammad arrived in at Christmas Island along with 99 other refugees in 2013. “As a refugee myself, I understand the challenges people face in finding employment in a new country, after seeking asylum. When I arrived in Australia, I was only 16 years old. I studied hard, learnt English and gained a bachelor’s degree, but I still faced various challenges before eventually securing full-time employment.
